Vegito, Gogeta, and Gotenks have only one voice!? They all share one body so they might as well share one voice. The only dub that had this concept was the ocean dub of dbz, where vegito had only one voice that sounded like a mixture of vegeta and goku. Maybe they'll bring this concept back to the buu saga of dbz kai (if they make a buu saga of dbz kai)! So what do all you fans out there think; should they have only voice or two voice!? Questions, opinions, agreements, and disagreements are absolutely welcome!

MAGICAL GIRLS REPRESENT

I think with the fusion dance, the two-voice thing worked.

Potara was the only one that it made sense since, Vegito aside, Kibito Kai and Old Kai have one voice -- the dominant voice.

I suppose one could argue that Vegito having two voices in most dubs (and the original) instead of the single voice the other Potara fusions had is because with Goku and Vegeta, there wouldn't be a dominant one. They're both equally stubborn... but there's no proof of that, that was just pulled off the top of my head.

It'd be an interesting concept to explore, but even if there was a redux of the Buu saga, an explanation would have to come first before any changes were made to the single-voice/dual-voice thing.

Vegito could still have one voice, it would just have to be a mixture between goku's voice and vegeta's. That way there would be no need for him to have a dominant voice (since neither goku and vegeta are dominant over each other) and a dual voice (since they share one body).

But when you speak of the voice as it relates to the dubs and Animea, it comes back to both personalities had slight dominance over the other,

Vegito - He looked like Goku, but as Baba and Yemma comment on acts and thinks way more like Vegeta watching him From otherworld as she has known Goku most his life and knows Vegito has Vegetas personality but Gokus looks. He even referred to himself as Kakrot.

Gogeta - looked like Vegeta, espcially in movie 12. GT, Vegeta says outright that Goku was more in the driver seat of the actions despite the body favoring him, as Goku wanted to drag out the fight and embarrass Omega like he drew out the fights with Ledgic, Muchy, Rildo, and the other dragons besides Ice who pissed him off

And that could work because ocean dub Vegito's voice slightly leaned over to Vegeta's voice in some cases.

I think 2 voices are best. It sounds cool and Toriyama came up with the idea. Although I did like the one voice thing they had going in the Ocean Dub. Brian Drummond did a good job of doing a voice that sounded halfway between Goku and Vegeta.

I thought they mixed their voices using some type of audio thingamajig. I didn't know Vegito's voice was actually voiced by Brian Drummond.

I'm pretty sure it was just Brian Drummond doing a Kirby Morrow Goku impersonation in his Vegeta voice. I doubt they'd have had the budget to actually combine their voices into one. In fact is that even possible?

I was told once that there was some type of audio mixer that mixes voices together. Not sure if this is actually true or not.

I like Gotenks Japanese voice myself. It doesn't make much sense, but what in DBZ does?

Yeah that's what it says in the Tenkaichi game profiles anyway.
